2011 Success for our Clients
This past year we represented several of our clients in trials, all of which came out favorably for those clients. We've also favorably resolved several other lawsuits without going to trial.
We have been representing the Imperial Beach American Legion Post 820 in its cooperatinve efforts with Hitzke Development, as the two move close to ground breaking on a new Post Hall and affordable housing project on Palm Avenue in Imperial Beach. The City of Imperial Beach, through its Housing Authority, has been a prime supporter and partner in the project.
We've played a significant role as the exclusive law firm in North America for a Spanish winery, in trademark and other facets of importation, as our client brings exquisite wine to market in the United States.
